Rule 9
Program and electoral roll to be published

(1) After the publication of the program in accordance with Rule 3, the Chief Name Registration Officer shall prepare the electoral roll collection and update program in his district under the direction of the Commission and paste it in his office.
(2) The program according to sub-rule (1) shall be made by the chief name registration officer to the assistant name registration officer to be attached to the concerned village development committee and ward office of the municipality.
(3) The Assistant Registration Officer along with the program as per sub-rule (2) prepared by the Commission in the format as per schedule-2 at the time of commencement of these regulations by the Assistant Registration Officer and the respective village development committee and municipal ward according to section 5 of the Act, voter list with the photograph of the person whose name is qualified to be included in the voter list. For the first time after the commencement of the regulations and thereafter, the voter's list with photographs prepared on the same basis shall be published in his office as mentioned in the program.
(4) When the Assistant Name Registration Officer publishes the voter list according to sub-rule (3), he shall paste the notice in the format as per Schedule-3.
(5) When the chief name registration officer publishes the program according to sub-rule (1) and the assistant name registration officer according to sub-rule (2) and the assistant name registration officer publishes the voter list according to sub-rule (3), the bond shall be submitted in the format according to Schedule-4.
(6) The chief name registration officer or the assistant name registration officer shall publish and broadcast the program according to this rule through any local media as far as possible.
(7) The chief name registration officer should send the information about the postponement of the program according to sub-rule (1) to the office of the political party in the district as far as available. Explanation :- For the purpose of this sub-rule, "political party" means a political party represented in the Legislature-Parliament and the term includesIt also refers to other political parties registered in Og.
(8) The Assistant Name Registration Officer shall provide the information of the program postponement according to sub-rule (2) to the members of the Village Development Committee or the Support Committee formed in the Municipal Ward in accordance with Section 41 of the Act.
